Warranty & Services

 

If you find the product you have purchased is not working correctly, in the first instance, please get hold of us by email or phone. Our basic philosophy is a friendly one and we will always try to be fair and reasonable in all our warranty dealings with customers.

All our products are warranted to be free of defects and fit for normal use as advertised. The manufacturer’s warranty in general will be applicable. Different items have varying warranty periods but as a general policy, we will guarantee the products we sell for a minimum period of at least 3 months from date of purchase or in accordance with the manufacturers warranty period whichever is greater.

Warranty requests are processed in the following manner:

  1. Submit a warranty claim by completing the online ‘Warranty Repair Application’ – you will be required to provide details including; name of product, model number, serial number, date of purchase, invoice number and description of the fault.
     
  2. Upon acceptance of the warranty claim by Sonic Frog, you will be issued with a Warranty Repair number and details of the closest repair agent.
     
  3. It is then your responsibility to drop off and and arrange subsequent collection of the product to and from the designated repair agent.
